Job Title: Salesforce Developer Experience Required: 56 Years Location: Noida Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Only Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Salesforce Platform Develop and customize Apex Classes, Triggers, and Controllers Implement Batch Apex and manage asynchronous processing (Future Methods, Queueable Apex) Build and enhance user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) Design and implement Salesforce Integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms Optimize application performance, scalability, and security Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Participate in code reviews, deployments, and Salesforce best practices adherence Support system enhancements, bug fixes, and production issues Required Qualifications 56 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce integrations Experience in designing scalable and high-performance Salesforce applications Good understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines Nice to Have (Optional Keywords) Salesforce Certification (Platform Developer I / II) Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
