Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Communication Cloud Developer with strong hands-on experience in Vlocity (OmniStudio) to design, build, and support scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have worked on real-world implementations involving complex customer journeys, integrations, and high-volume communications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Communication Cloud
  • Build and customize Vlocity / OmniStudio components including:
  • OmniScripts
  • DataRaptors (Extract, Load, Transform)
  • Integration Procedures
  • FlexCards / UI Templates
  • Implement end-to-end customer journeys and communication workflows
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems (SMS, Email, WhatsApp, third-party APIs)
  • Optimize performance of OmniScripts and backend integrations
  • Handle error ...
