Senior Salesforce Developer – Mexico City, Mexico

Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including system implications of ongoing releases.
• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
• Perform end‑to‑end development activities: design, coding, testing, deployment, and post‑release support.
• Ensure quality of deliverables through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge through documentation and collaborative sessions.
