We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to support a high-impact RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) initiative within a Services organization. This role focuses on building scalable, time-sensitive Salesforce solutions that integrate with multiple downstream systems and support strict SLAs.

What You'll Do

• Design and build custom Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud, Apex, and LWC
• Develop and support Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs (MuleSoft a plus)
• Deliver end-to-end Salesforce projects from build through production support
