Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, customizing, and scaling Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. The role requires strong Service Cloud and Omni-Channel experience, along with advanced Apex, LWC, and integration skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates technical depth, collaboration, and the ability to translate business requirements into high-quality Salesforce solutions. Position open only for Costa Rica, Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
- Customize and configure Service Cloud, including case, Contract management, knowledge base, and console with best practices.
- Implement and optimize Omni-Channel routing and reporting for efficient case distribution.
- Configure and customize Service Cloud using out-of-the-box functionalities (e.g., creating custom fields, objects, workflows, reports, dashboards) according to business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce pages, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications.
- Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new features, and capabilities.
- Support for all operational changes on Salesforce Community/ Knowledge Base/ IVR.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization.
- Hands-on experience with Omni-Channel setup, routing configuration, and reporting.
- Experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control tools like Git.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant).
Nice to Have
- Experience with CTI integration and case escalation automation.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
