Job Description

We are hiring a seasoned Salesforce Developer ready to deepen specialization and work on enterprise banking platforms built on Salesforce + nCino . In this role you will contribute to mission-critical lending systems , supporting U.S. financial institutions in regulated, high-impact environments.

Core Technical Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong expertise in Apex (bulkified triggers, async processing, governor limits)
  • SOQL / SOSL performance optimization
  • Frontend development with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Custom object modeling, validations, and Salesforce security configuration
  • 3+ years of hands‑on development within the nCino Bank Operating System
  • Deep understanding of nCino lending workflows and data model
