Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead mobilization programs across multiple technology platforms.
- Establish processes, tools, methods, quality controls, and assets for new engagements.
- Track contract deliverables including financial structures, liability clauses, dependencies, and entry/exit criteria.
- Drive delivery excellence through agile methodologies, quality metrics, and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Prepare reports for client steering committees and account governance forums.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring, building reusable knowledge bases and playbooks.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Solutioning, CoEs, Delivery, Platform Engineering, and Recruitment teams.
- Ensure successful mobilization and transition of delivery engagements.
- Track project schedules, budgets, quality, and metrics using industry standard tools.

- Must Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps
- Good to Have Skills:
- Application Migration Management
- Agile Project Management
- Additional Expertise:
- Exposure to GenAI technologies
- Awareness of emerging technology trends and innovations
