Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead with strong expertise in Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator (DRO) within Salesforce Revenue Cloud to lead end-to-end revenue lifecycle implementations for a major Telecom.

Key Responsibilities
. Lead solution design and development for DRO, CPQ, Billing, and Order Management.
. Build and optimize revenue orchestration flows for telecom products, bundles, usage, and billing events.
. Translate telecom commercial offerings (plans, add-ons, promotions) into scalable Salesforce configurations.
. Integrate Salesforce with telecom OSS/BSS, charging systems, and mediation platforms.
. Guide developers, ensure code quality, and manage technical delivery across agile teams.

Skills & Experience
. 6–10+ years in Salesforce with Revenue Cloud and hands-on DRO experience.
. Strong understanding of telecom domains: subscription lifecycle, usage charging, billing cycles, and product catalogs.
. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, integrations (REST/SOAP, Mulesoft, TMF APIs).
. Experience with Salesforce CPQ/Billing, telecom order orchestration, and data flows.

. Salesforce CPQ Specialist / Billing Specialist
