Salesforce Enterprise/Technical Architect(C2H)

We are seeking a highly accomplished Salesforce Enterprise/Technical Architect for a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for architecture leadership experience. This role demands deep expertise in Salesforce, Apex, and related cloud platforms, with a focus on designing and guiding end-to-end implementations, advisory roles, and expert-level contributions across various industries. Multiple SFDC certifications are preferred, and for a Security or Infrastructure Architect focus, CISSP certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a senior Salesforce Enterprise/Technical Architect, providing architectural leadership and guidance for complex Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions, leveraging deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities and Apex.
• Engage in End-to-End (E2E) implementation projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Provide Advisory roles to clients, offering strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices, roadmap planning, and technology adoption.
• Act as a subject matter Expert for specific Salesforce clouds and functionalities, resolving complex technical challenges.
• Design and implement solutions involving CDP (Cloud Data Platform) integration with Salesforce, ensuring robust data architecture and seamless data flow.
• Architect solutions for Financial Cloud implementations, understanding industry-specific financial processes and compliance requirements.
• Leverage experience in Industry Cloud solutions (e.g., Automotive, Telecommunication, Communication, or other relevant industry clouds) to provide tailored architectural guidance.
• Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and design documents for Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance optimization guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, project managers, and security architects, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct technical reviews, provide mentorship to development teams, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce product releases, features, and industry trends, evaluating their applicability to client needs.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience, with relevant architecture leadership experience preferred.
• Proven experience in an Applications Architect position.
• Mandatory expertise in Salesforce platform and Apex development.
• Strong understanding and experience with Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Experience with CDP (Cloud Data Platform) integration with Salesforce.
• Experience with Financial Cloud and/or Industry Cloud implementations (e.g., Automotive, Telecommunication, Communication, or any other relevant industry).
• Demonstrated experience in E2E implementation, Advisory roles, and/or Expert roles on Salesforce projects.
• Excellent understanding of integration patterns and data migration strategies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multiple SFDC certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.).
• For a Security or Infrastructure Architect focused role, CISSP certification is preferred.
