Job Description

Responsible for providing marketing support for Shared Services account and solutions client events for a region, including healthcare events, conventions, and meetings. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Proficient in CRM and project management platforms such as Salesforce.com, Asana, Trello, Cvent, and Monday.com, with strong skills in reporting, ticket management, and data analytics.
  • Works directly with designated client contacts to determine meeting options, objectives, strategies, design, and logistics to best support the client. Determines appropriate presentation content.
  • Orders and tracks all standard marketing collateral, promotional/raffle items, and displays for events, and ensures materials are delivered on time.
  • Recruits from internal/external resource pools to find meeting facilitators for events.
