Description

The Salesforce Excellence Specialist will work collaboratively within the Commercial Operations team supporting Business Units to enable high performance at field level. This is a critical role working with all business units on Incentive Compensation planning (incl. target setting, payouts, monthly leaderboards, Incentive Design and Execution), Territory Design, SFE KPI design and tracking (e.g. calls / promo mix tracking), Analytics to support Salesforce optimization, Target Call Plans and field reporting/analysis/validation/training to ensure commercial effectiveness and executional excellence. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Incentive Compensation plan – Target setting, payouts, monthly leaderboards, Incentive Design and Execution and approvals
  • Territory design/maintenance and execution using tools such as Javelin Territory Designer, Veeva
