Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Salesforce Experience Architect, AI and Agentforce (Solution Architect) to lead the design, strategy, and execution of next-generation AI-powered experiences. This role focuses on crafting intelligent, user-centric solutions leveraging Agentforce, Generative AI, Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Einstein , and modern automation tools.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, map business processes, architect scalable solutions, and translate complex business needs into impactful, AI-driven customer experiences. This position blends solution design, experience design, architecture, and GenAI execution .

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing industry best practices and architectural guidance.
• Lead detailed requirement-gathering sessions and act as the Salesforce platform expert.
• Apply an experience-design mindset to craft intuitive, user-friendly solutions.
• Define customer roadmaps that balance quick wins with long-term strategic value.
• Create design specifications, solution blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected, scalable solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and technical team members.
• Stay updated on emerging Salesforce capabilities and GenAI advancements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing consulting, enterprise architecture, or process mapping roles.
• 5+ years of CRM industry experience.
• Strong ability to drive requirement gathering workshops.
• Experience implementing or architecting Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud .
• Hands-on experience with at least one: Agentforce or another Generative AI platform.
• Ability to design and optimize business processes across diverse systems.
• Ability to communicate solution value using storytelling and ROI mapping .
• Comfortable using flowcharting tools (e.g., Lucidchart ).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering exceptional end-user experiences.
• Strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining robust testing frameworks for GenAI solutions.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM-based design.
• 100% remote role within Colombia.
