Job Description
We are seeking a Field Force Apps Analyst with experience in implementing Salesforce SFA solutions and Thin DMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements for field sales and distributor operations
- Implement and support Salesforce Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions
- Implement and integrate Thin DMS with Salesforce
- Configure workflows, mobile apps, and field force processes
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience implementing Salesforce SFA solutions
- Hands-on experience with Thin DMS implementation and integration
- Strong understanding of field sales, distributor, and order management processes
- Good analytical and stakeholder communication skills
