Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce TPM & Trade Enablement Lead with hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and configuring Sellables (products, packs, and promotional units) within Salesforce. The role demands strong stakeholder management, deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, and the ability to work closely with technical teams to deliver high-quality implementations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
a. Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
b. Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align TPM processes with business objectives.
c. Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
d. Create end-to-end process maps, data models, and gap analysis.
