Responsibilities:
Health Cloud Expertise & Solution Ownership: Act as the Health Cloud SME, lead solution design using Health Cloud data models, care management workflows, assessments, and member/provider structures. Translate business requirements into scalable and secure architectures. Omni Studio Development & Architecture: Lead OmniStudio development including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards while ensuring performance optimization and best practices. Hands-On Salesforce Development: Perform hands-on coding using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL/SOSL. Develop scalable components and own complex requirements. Team Leadership & Technical Guidance: Help developers troubleshoot issues, resolve blockers, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship to strengthen team capability.
