Role Overview : The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Interaction Studio, helping businesses to manage customer engagement and deliver personalized experiences through real-time, data-driven interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and manage Salesforce Interaction Studio for personalization and customer engagement.
• Design and optimize customer journey mappings and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce tools and platforms.
• Develop and deploy targeted marketing campaigns using Interaction Studio.
