One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Salesforce IT Administrator in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

Responsibilities

  • Configure and deploy Salesforce solutions (objects, fields, layouts, flows, validation rules, email templates, email notifications etc).
  • Manage and resolve user support tickets related to functionality, assignments, Voice calls, Omni channel, Permission set groups, configuration etc.
  • Develop New Experience Cloud Landing Page required for campaigns as per business requirements.
  • Support the Project Team to manage updates, releases for Salesforce CRM.
  • Closely working with Salesforce support team in resolving functional & product issues.
