Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing the technology solution, overseeing development and implementation of the solution, and providing technical leadership and support to the delivery team for end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Loyalty Management implementations.
- Technical knowledge of Digital Marketing Applications, infrastructure and development of IT and Cloud.
- Understanding of Digital Strategy and Digital Transformation from a technology perspective.
- Logical Architecture Development and rapid prototyping.
- Technical Project Management.
- Analyzing client’s technology problems, implications, and needs.
- Analyzing application and infrastructure environment.
