We are looking for a Salesforce Manager to join our office in Paris. You will lead the practice in the region and be responsible for project delivery, client relations, team building and commercial proposal development.

Your Role

  • Lead complex Salesforce project delivery for enterprise clients.
  • Manage multi-country operations and distributed delivery teams.
  • Drive pre-sales activities and develop compelling commercial proposals.
  • Ensure successful execution of large-scale transformation programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain strong client relationships.

    Your Profile

  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce portfolio (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud, Industries, Agentforce).
  • Proven experience in pre-sales and proposal development.
  • Strong leadership skills: hiring, competency building, and mentoring.
  • Ability to manage multi-geography teams and complex delivery models.
  • Track record of working with enterprise clients on transformation programs.
  • Fluent in French and English.
