• Salesforce certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, and Consultant.
• Familiarity with tools like Infobip for SMS/email, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, SonarQube, Kubernetes, GitHub, and Terraform.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Background in marketing technologies and Salesforce Admin.
• Experience integrating SFMC with other platforms.
