Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional to design, develop, and execute scalable, personalized marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-impact customer journeys and data-driven marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing campaigns using Journey Builder

• Build and manage emails using Email Studio

• Create and maintain Automations for data processing and campaign execution

• Develop dynamic and personalized content using AMP script

• Write SQL queries for audience segmentation and data extraction

• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems

• Manage subscriber data, preferences, and consent

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize engagement

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and email regulations

• Support deployments, testing, and post-production issues

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Proficiency in AMP script and SQL

• Experience with Journey Builder and Automation Studio

• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations

• Good understanding of marketing automation concepts

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
