Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to order management, order orchestration, fulfillment, and post‑purchase operations.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Analyze gaps between customer requirements and Salesforce Order Management System capabilities, recommending best‑fit solutions or customizations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional specifications are understood and feasible within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Support configuration activities within Salesforce OMS and validate functional alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preparing test scenarios, validating outcomes, and managing defect resolution.
