Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership & Strategy
Own and grow the

Salesforce practice , including vision, roadmap, and execution
Define service offerings across

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Industry Clouds
Build and manage practice P&L, utilization, margins, and growth targets
Establish delivery standards, governance, and best practices
Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
Act as a

Salesforce SME and solution leader

in client discussions and pre-sales
Lead solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development
Partner with sales leadership to drive pipeline, win deals, and expand accounts
Build strong executive relationships with customers and Salesforce ecosystem partners
Delivery Excellence
Ensure high-quality delivery across Salesforce implementations, integrations, and managed services
