Job Description

Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions

Conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements

Communicate with product manager, architect, and other developers to design cohesive development strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment

Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing requirements

Interact with Presales, Customer Success, and project team as necessary to analyze project requirements and product gaps, including specifications for user interfaces, customization

Provide support to internal and customer-specific problems, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow

Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on Lighting (AURA) component and LWC

Implement Salesforce Lightning Industry best practices

Create technical design from Functional design/Requirement

Able to troubleshoot with debugging skill and perform configuration, customization, and deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science or equivalent

7+ years of experience with designing and implementing Salesforce.com application development and 2+ years of AppExchange product development including Managed Packages, Patching, Extensions and Release Versioning process.

Must have experience in Lighting Components development

Must have Hands on SLDS and Lightning Data Service

Must have SFDC Configuration including Security Model, Data Model but not limited to flows, Validations, Approval Process

Proficient in JavaScript, Apex, Lightning components, LWC, SFDX, DevOps Tools

Experience in multi-system integration

Understands the various aspect of security and best practices in Salesforce

Experience in Managed Package and SF security review process will be added value

Must have Admin, PD1 & PD2 Certification

Eligibility
