The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing multiple Salesforce-based projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment at Rubrik. The role requires strong program/project management expertise, excellent communication skills, advanced Jira proficiency, and stakeholder management capabilities. The Program Manager will provide leadership and oversight across all phases of delivery—from inception to implementation—ensuring adherence to governance, timelines, and budget.

Mandatory Requirements:

7–10 years of Program Management experience

Ability to manage 3–5 accounts concurrently

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Advanced Jira reporting/dashboa...
