Salesforce Project Manager

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will act both as:

• the functional and project Salesforce lead for our clients, and

• the 2PACE ambassador in Switzerland, responsible for building and growing our local presence.

You will play a central role in the creation, structuring, and growth of 2PACE's activity in Zurich.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery

• Capture and translate business requirements into scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.

• Lead Salesforce projects (governance, planning, quality, risk management).

• Ensure functional consistency and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

• Work closely with nearshore delivery teams and 2PACE technical experts.

• Act as the main functional and project point of contact for clients.
