What you'll Do:

System & Scenario-Based Testing

● Analyze end-to-end Salesforce workflows across Sales, Service, and integrated systems

● Think through how users actually behave — including mistakes, shortcuts, and workarounds

● Identify edge cases, failure points, and unintended consequences

● Test not just happy paths, but stress paths, abuse paths, and what if scenarios

Manual Testing

● Design and execute thoughtful, scenario-driven manual test cases

● Validate UI/UX behavior, data integrity, permissions, and automation outcomes

● Perform regression testing to ensure new changes don't break existing functionality

● Log clear, actionable defects with strong reproduction steps and business impact
