About the role:

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in testing Salesforce applications and building automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Salesforce testing (Sales/Service Cloud) and test automation, with a solid understanding of CRM workflows and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects
  

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for Salesforce applications
  

• Validate Salesforce configurations such as workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards
  

• Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, third-party tools)
  

• Execute functional, regression, system, and UAT testing
  

• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA or similar
  

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements
  

• Ensure test coverage across releases and provide quality sign-off
  

• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and support test automation execution
  

• Prepare test plans, test cases, and test reports
  

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing, with at least 3 years in Salesforce testing
  

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  

• Experience in QA Automation tools such as:
  

• Selenium (preferred)
  

• TestNG / JUnit
  

• Provar / AccelQ (good to have)
  

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model
  

• Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs
  

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git
  

• Strong analytical and communication skills
