Salesforce QA-Conga- AMEX

Sharing the roles & responsibilities for Salesforce QA profile:<br /> Analyze business & functional requirements for Salesforce implementations.<br /> Design, review and execute test scenarios and test scripts for functional, regression, UAT and system testing across Salesforce clouds and custom applications.<br /> Understanding of Salesforce platform, LWC Components, automation tools(Flows and Process Builder), security model(OWD, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchy, Profiles, Permission Sets), reports & dashboards and related best practices.<br /> Familiarity with Conga Contract Lifecycle Management.<br /> Hands-on experience using Salesforce Workbench (SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP Explorer, data validation).<br /> Perform API and integration testing for Conga business processes and third-party integrations.<br /> Develop and maintain test automation framework/scripts for regression and critical workflows.<br /> Demonstrated knowledge of testing practices, version-control procedures and defect management processes.<br /> Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools-JIRA/Rally.<br /> Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.<br /> <br /> Good to Have:<br /> Salesforce Administrator certification.<br /> Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein AI and Agentforce capabilities.
