- Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing all phases of QA for Salesforce implementation projects
- Strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and industry best practices
- Expertise in designing and implementing test plans and test cases
- Ability to create detailed, organized, and comprehensive test case libraries based on business requirements
- Experience in reporting, analysing, and tracking defects using JIRA
- Proficient in writing and executing test cases with test management tools like Zephyr Scale in JIRA
- Collaborative team player who works closely with developers and the product team to resolve issues
- Actively participates in team standups, planning sessions, and other meetings
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
