Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated QA Engineer to join the Client Engineering team. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on QA experience, and the ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of customer-facing features across multiple cloud and on-premise applications.



Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, Smoke, Sanity integration, and end-to-end test cases .
  • Validate new enhancements delivered across multiple modules including Case Management, Entitlements, Agentforce, Mobile, AI-driven features, and internal tools .
  • Perform UI testing, API testing , and validate data consistency across systems.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using Jira and follow through to closure.
  • Work closely with development teams to reproduce, debug, and validate fixes.

Process & Collaboration

  • Participate in requirement grooming, design discussions , and provide test impact analysis.
  • Drive QA planning , test strategy, and quality gates for each deployment cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Onsite + Offshore to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Provide testing support during UAT, Prod Validation , and hypercare phases.
  • Prepare RCA for UAT/PROD Defects

Release Quality Ownership

  • Ensure releases meet Client quality standards with zero critical production defects .
  • Maintain test results, QA reports, and sign-off documents.
  • Raise quality risks early and propose mitigation plans.



Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • 3–7 years of experience in Software Testing (Manual + Automation).
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies , defect lifecycle, and SDLC.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
  • Ability to write clear test cases, scenarios, and traceability matrices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • SOQL experience is required
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred / Good to Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce testing (Service Cloud, Agentforce, Flows).
  • Mobile testing (Android / iOS).
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using the Robotic Automation Framework QA tech stack (Selenium, Java, TestNG or internal automation frameworks).
  • Assist in converting manual regression test cases to automation .
  • Knowledge of CI/CD , Git, Jenkins.
