#hiring seeking an experienced Salesforce Quality Assurance Manager to lead and manage Salesforce testing initiatives across enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce platforms, test automation, QA governance, and DevOps practices, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce QA activities, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing

Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test governance for Salesforce applications

Oversee and mentor QA teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices

Design, execute, and maintain automated test frameworks using tools such as Provar, Selenium, and TestNG

Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality and timely releases

Integrate QA processes within CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps-driven deployments

Track defects, test execution, and quality metrics using JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, or similar tools

Communicate testing status, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders and leadership

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5+ years in Salesforce testing

Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience

Experience with test automation tools such as Provar, Selenium, and TestNG

Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, etc.)

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or QA-specific certifications)

Experience with API testing and integration validation

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Knowledge of performance testing and security testing practices

Experience with test data management and environment management tools
