We are currently seeking a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

"Job Summary

The Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect is responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing scalable solutions across Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Billing, and Subscription Management.

This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce’s Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and the ability to align technology with complex business models involving recurring revenue, subscriptions, and product bundling. The architect serves as a strategic advisor to business and technical stakeholders, ensuring Revenue Cloud solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, governance, and integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture & Design

Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions including CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management.

Define the Quote-to-Cash architecture covering quoting, pricing, contracting, invoicing, revenue recognition, and renewals.

Design integrations between Revenue Cloud and ERP, CRM, and payment systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Zuora, Stripe).

Create architecture blueprints, data models, and technical documentation aligned with best practices.

2. Implementation & Technical Leadership

Serve as the lead architect for implementation projects — guiding solution design, configuration, and customization.

Collaborate with Salesforce developers, functional consultants, and system integrators to ensure alignment with architecture principles.

Oversee configuration of product catalogs, pricing rules, discount schedules, and order management workflows.

Ensure the system meets performance, scalability, and data integrity standards.

3. Integration & Data Management

Architect and manage integrations with external systems for order management, billing, payments, taxation, and reporting.

Define strategies for data migration, synchronization, and reconciliation between CRM, ERP, and finance systems.

Implement data governance, audit controls, and compliance processes.

4. Business Engagement & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to understand processes and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Lead workshops and design sessions to gather requirements, define scope, and establish architectural principles.

Serve as the trusted advisor to business stakeholders and executive sponsors on Salesforce Revenue Cloud strategy.

5. Governance & Continuous Improvement

Define best practices, coding standards, and deployment governance for Revenue Cloud.

Stay updated on Salesforce product roadmap, new releases, and emerging capabilities (e.g., OmniStudio, Subscription Management, Industries Cloud).

Mentor junior architects and consultants in Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities and Q2C processes."
