Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, and related objects to support an efficient Lead-to-Opportunity process

  • Implement and enhance automation (Flows, assignment rules, validation rules, approval processes) to standardize qualification and handover from Marketing to Sales

  • Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Components where declarative tools are not sufficient

  • Build reports and dashboards to provide clear visibility into funnel metrics, pipeline health, and sales performance

  • Ensure data quality through consistent standards, duplicate management, data imports, and regular housekeeping

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, run workshops, and document end-to-end Lead-to-Opportunity processes
