Roles and Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelors degree in information technology or related field
• 5-9 years of experience in Salesforce security, with a focus on securing Salesforce platforms like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce applications
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex code review, Platform Configurations, Profiles & Permissions assessments, Health Check, Salesforce Shield, including Event Monitoring, Platform Encryption, and Field Audit Trail
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Encryption, including data encryption at rest and in transit, and the configuration of Salesforce's encryption tools
• Strong understanding of Salesforce IAM (Identity and Access Management), including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and management of role-based access controls
