We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience who can lead a development squad and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in the public sector domain. Familiarity with OmniStudio (OmniScripts) is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities

Lead a squad of developers in implementing Salesforce solutions.

Design and develop enhancements using Salesforce configurations, Apex, and Visualforce.

Build scalable and secure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Conduct technical analysis and design for customizations and integrations.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.

Ensure best practices in development, code quality, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of Salesforce development experience

Leadership experience managing or mentoring developers

Proficiency in:

Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Salesforce configuration/customization

Salesforce API integrations

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and development lifecycle

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Hands-on experience with OmniStudio / OmniScripts Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset) Certification Requirements
