Salesforce Service Cloud Implementation Specialist

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer on 3 months contract to enhance our customer engagement capabilities by upgrading our Legacy Chat to Enhanced Chat. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, coupled with a strong understanding of Omni-Channel and Live Agent functionalities.

This role requires proven expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, SOQL, and SOSL, with the ability to design and implement scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions that drive customer success.
