Salesforce Service Desktop Automation QA EngineerRoleThe Salesforce Service Desktop Automation QA Engineer will focus on validating the organizations telephony-integrated Service Desktop and agent workflows built on Salesforce. This role supports multiple concurrent initiatives, including fraud and voice authentication, telephony platform upgrades, and AI-assisted agent experiences.
