- You will be a service manager on SFDC development and support projects with multiple team members.
- Handle Support operations, Problem Management, Resource Management and Risk Management.
- Own and successfully track escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
- Create review and circulate the quality audits and metrics related to service delivery
- Lead and drive Process Improvement initiative leveraging latest technologies.
**Requisitos**:
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Experience in managing 24x7 work model of IT Application Support with legacy and digital apps and other IT Programs to deliver within Schedule, Cost & Quality at least with 10+member team
- Well versed with ITIL processes and able to design and implement a service life cycle.
