Salesforce Solution Architect Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to lead and deliver innovative, client-focused solutions. The role involves:

1. Pre-sales: Assisting leadership in scoping, planning, onboarding, and participating in pre-sales activities.
2. Requirements Gathering: Ensuring client needs are understood and met using industry best practices and Salesforce expertise.
3. Solution Architecture: Designing and delivering solutions through team collaboration and leadership.
4. Delivery & Execution: Leading project delivery, ensuring quality, and delivering custom Salesforce solutions.
5. Communication & Collaboration: Providing project updates, guidance, and training, and working closely with stakeholders and vendors.
6. Quality & Oversight: Managing quality reviews and overseeing project success in line with standards.
7. Practice Growth: Contributing to the Centre of Excellence, defining standards, and supporting pre-sales efforts.

**Profile Requirements:**

• Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years hands-on Salesforce experience, including 2-3 years in architecture.
• 5+ years Salesforce implementation experience (Service & Sales Cloud).
• Experience with agile methodologies, data migration, and solution design.
• Excellent communication skills and Salesforce certifications, including Application Architect.
• Open to travel, with Public Sector experience considered a plus.
