Unified Strategy & Thought Leadership
- Define and execute a combined roadmap for innovation and presales aligned with business objectives.
- Evangelize GenAI and Salesforce capabilities internally and externally; identify high-impact use cases with C-level stakeholders.
- Shape market positioning through industry thought leadership, demos, and executive showcases.
Solution Innovation & Architecture
- Lead design and development of GenAI-powered Salesforce solutions, embedding automation, personalization, and predictive analytics.
- Evaluate and integrate LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration tools into enterprise workflows.
- Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.
