Job Purpose
Our Salesforce Support Analysts serve as the first point of contact for all users experiencing issues or requiring assistance with the Salesforce platform. The role encompasses issue triage, resolution of common problems, light system configuration and support for data management activities. The analyst also plays a key role in promoting adoption, ensuring adherence to best practices, and supporting user enablement through training and coaching.
Key Tasks, Duties and Measurements
User Support & Issue Resolution
Monitoring and management of support request queue
Respond to and resolve Salesforce support queries
Provide assistance with login/access issues, navigation and standard process usage
Diagnose and resolve routine system issues escalating where appropriate
Reports & Dashboards
Creation and maintenance of Reports and Dashboards
System Configuration
Perform light configuration tasks
Data Management
