Position: Salesforce System Administrator
Location: Bangaluru, India
Reports To: VP of Global Sales & Marketing
Position Overview:
The Salesforce System Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of IRISS’ Salesforce platform across the Asia Pacific region. This role ensures Salesforce aligns with business processes in sales, marketing, customer service, and operations while supporting global standards and regional requirements.
Responsibilities:
· Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and security settings.
· Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls.
· Monitor system health, performance, and usage; proactively resolve issues.
· Serve as the primary Salesforce support contact for Asia Pacific users.
· Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to improve adoption.
· Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with IT or Salesforce support as required.
· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
· Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support regional and global leadership.
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and service teams to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
· Design and implement automation using Flow, approval processes, and other Salesforce tools.
· Support integrations between Salesforce and ERP, marketing automation, and other enterprise systems.
· Assist with testing, deployment, and change management for system updates and new features.
· Support data privacy and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, regional data protection laws).
· Document system configurations, processes, and change requests.
· Follow IT governance and security policies.
Qualifications:
· 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
· Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or equivalent experience.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience with Service Cloud is a plus.
· Experience creating reports, dashboards, and automations (Flows).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.
· Experience supporting multi-region or global Salesforce organizations.
· Familiarity with integrations (ERP, marketing automation tools, CPQ).
· Experience in B2B manufacturing, industrial, or technology-driven organizations.
