**The Role:**
Cognizant is seeking a motivated and innovative **Salesforce Tech Lead** that will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The candidate will be responsible for leading technical deliverables, prepare technical design and documents, work with Business system analysts to convert the business requirement to technical requirement, mentor team, provide end to end technical solution. The candidate must have a deep understanding of design, development, and implementation of Salesforce and nCino banking operating system, loan origination, processing a loan in nCino, salesforce integration, asynchronous apex, and Salesforce best practices for implementing and customizing complex solutions.
