<br /> <br /> ### <b>Salesforce Tech Lead / Architect</b><br /> <b>Location:</b> Remote<br /> <b> </b><br /> <br /> ---<br /> <br /> #### <b>Summary</b><br /> We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Tech Lead/Architect with extensive experience leading complex Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing) implementations, especially migrations from Oracle to Revenue Cloud. The ideal candidate has a deep background in architecture across Salesforce, Azure, and modern integration platforms, and can drive end-to-end solutions for enterprise clients. Immediate availability is a strong plus.<br /> <br /> ---<br /> <br /> #### <b>Key Qualifications</b><br /> - <b>10+ years</b> of IT experience, including <b>8+ years</b> as an Architect across Salesforce Cloud, Azure Cloud, and integration platforms.<br /> - Successfully led multiple end-to-end <b>Salesforce Revenue Cloud</b> (CPQ + Billing) implementations, including migrations from <b>Oracle</b>.<br /> - Hands-on with <b>Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Apex, Flows, LWC</b>.<br /> - Expert in <b>complex pricing, subscriptions, and usage-based billing models</b>.<br /> - Deep expertise in <b>Dell Boomi</b> and/or <b>MuleSoft</b>: API-led connectivity, RAML design, clustering, Molecule deployment.<br /> - Strong experience with <b>Microsoft Azure</b>: Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure SQL, APIM, Functions, Event Grid.<br /> - Familiarity with other clouds: <b>AWS, PCF, OpenShift, CloudHub</b>.<br /> - Advanced knowledge of <b>DevOps & CI/CD</b> (Jenkins, Git, Maven), security protocols (OAuth2.0, TLS, JWT, API gateways), and monitoring (Splunk, Grafana, DataDog, CloudWatch).<br /> - Proven ability to deliver end-to-end architecture, estimation, and technical governance in complex environments.<br /> - Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with client architects, and presenting to senior stakeholders.<br /> - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br /> <br /> ---<br /> <br /> #### <b>Key Responsibilities</b><br /> - Lead the migration and implementation of <b>Oracle to Salesforce Revenue Cloud</b> projects, mentoring and supporting delivery teams.<br /> - Own solution blueprinting, governance, architecture reviews, defect triage, and technical solutioning.<br /> - Define and implement <b>target architectures</b> (microservices, event-driven) and <b>reference patterns</b> across Azure, Power Platform, and Salesforce.<br /> - Design and deliver <b>integrations</b> between Salesforce and enterprise systems via <b>Dell Boomi</b> (primary), Azure Integration Services (APIM, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid).<br /> - Establish secure <b>Azure foundations</b>: landing zones, network topology, Entra ID/Managed Identity, Key Vault, private endpoints.<br /> - Drive <b>Power Platform governance</b>: environment strategy, DLP, Dataverse schema, ALM, COE adoption.<br /> - Develop and enforce <b>API strategy</b>: contract-first design, versioning, throttling, observability (APIM publishing).<br /> - Embed non-functional requirements: security, cost, reliability, performance, scalability.<br /> - Lead and mentor teams of <b>4 10 engineers</b>; review technical designs, unblock delivery, and ensure stakeholder alignment.<br /> <br /> ---<br /> <br /> #### <b>Nice to Have</b><br /> - Salesforce Architect certifications (Application, System, or Technical Architect)<br /> - Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce Data Cloud implementations<br /> - Exposure to large-scale, regulated industry environments (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare)<br /> <br /> ---<br /> <br /> #### <b>How to Apply</b><br /> Send your resume and a short cover letter highlighting your <b>Oracle to Revenue Cloud migration experience</b> and availability for an immediate start.<br /> <br /> <br /> ---<br /> <br /> <b>Immediate joiners will be prioritized.</b><br />
