Job Summary:Wissen Technology is hiring a Salesforce Technical Architect with proven experience in Salesforce platforms, especially Loyalty Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and technical implementation of scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Experience:9-15 Years

Location:Bangalore

Mode of Work:Hybrid(Thrice a week from office mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions including Loyalty Cloud (Mandatory), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Platform.
  • Manage end-to-end Salesforce solution lifecycle from design to deployment.
  • Design data models, system architecture, and integration strategies.
  • Lead development and implementation of complex integrations with other systems and third-party applications.

    • Required Skills and Qualification:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL.
  • Expertise in Salesforce integration techniques (REST, SOAP).
  • Extensive experience in designing complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.
  • Mandatory experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.

    • Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments.
  • Salesforce certifications (, Technical Architect, Application Architect).
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
