Job Description

We are actively searching for a highly experienced **Salesforce Technical Architect II**to lead and manage our project concentrating on Salesforce platform integration within the telecommunications sector.
The selected individual will be responsible for supervising a substantial team of developers and technical experts, ensuring that all technical solutions provided are scalable, optimized, and in line with business goals.
**Responsibilities**
- Direct the development and execution of technical solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Mentor and guide a team of developers and technical specialists
- Consistently communicate with client managers and development teams to align IT strategies
- Instruct on new frameworks and advocate for best practices in solution design
- Examine technology trends and discover innovative solutions for continuous enhancement
- Manage technological risks and cooperate with stakeholders for decision-making
- Organize activities and translate design concepts into actional IT solutions
- Implement new functionalities, conduct maintenance, and improve efficiency through refactoring
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development
- Extensive expertise in the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities and limitations
- Skills in Salesforce Apex, Automation Processes, CPQ, DevOps, Integration, and Requirements to Solution Mapping
- Proficiency in leading large technical teams in the telecommunications domain
- Strong English communication skills (B2+ level)
- Competency in problem-solving and analytical skills to address platform limitations
- Flexibility to work under tight deadlines with a resilient and proactive attitude
**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with Conga Composer
- Understanding of MuleSoft operations
- Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps Center functions
- Knowledge of Salesforce Maps technologies
- Background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Territory Planning operations
