Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect Experience: 7 10 Years Location: Pune / Nagpur / Jaipur / Gurgaon Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong hands-on development expertise and solution design experience to support large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce customization, integrations, DevOps practices, and architecture, and will work closely with cross-functional and global teams in a fast-paced environment. Overall Summary 7+ years of strong Salesforce development experience with at least 3+ years in technical architecture and solution design. Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones (non-IST working hours may be required). Quick learner with the ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Provide technical architecture and hands-on development leadership for large enterprise Salesforce implementations. Design and validate end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple domains. Create scalable designs aligned with short-term and long-term business and IT strategies. Design and develop custom integration solutions between Salesforce and internal/external systems. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide architecture recommendations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand sales and contract processes. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and cloud-hosted or client-hosted systems. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, performance, and scalability standards. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications Salesforce Customization & Development Strong hands-on experience with: Apex (Triggers, Classes) Apex Sharing & Security Lightning Web Components (LWC) Design, Development & Architecture Apex Batch Processing Asynchronous Programming (Future, Queueable, Batch) Salesforce Integrations & best practices Managed Packages Data Migration strategies and execution Salesforce Technical Configuration Strong understanding of: Salesforce Object Model & Field Types Custom Metadata Types & Custom Settings Profiles, Permission Sets, and Role Hierarchies Sharing Rules and Security Model Salesforce Flows and Out-of-the-Box (OOB) Automation Validation Rules DevOps & Deployment Knowledge and hands-on experience with: Salesforce Metadata and deployment models GitHub and version control best practices CI/CD and Salesforce deployment practices Access management and compliance practices
