Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong hands-on development expertise and solution design experience to support large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce customization, integrations, DevOps practices, and architecture, and will work closely with cross-functional and global teams in a fast-paced environment.

Overall Summary

• 7+ years of strong Salesforce development experience with at least 3+ years in technical architecture and solution design .
  
• Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones (non-IST working hours may be required).
  
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment .
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical architecture and hands-on development leadership for large enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  
• Design and validate end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple domains.
  
• Create scalable designs aligned with short-term and long-term business and IT strategies .
  
• Design and develop custom integration solutions between Salesforce and internal/external systems.
  
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide architecture recommendations .
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams .
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand sales and contract processes .
  
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and cloud-hosted or client-hosted systems .
  
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, performance, and scalability standards.
