• Team player and working with developers, business, release management and operations team to development and implementation.
• Salesforce platform-based solution.
• Helping to finalize functional and non-functional requirement.
• Manage integration of Salesforce with MuleSoft, Docu Sign, content management and other applications.
• Defining and tracking SLA projects progress, lead technical team and provide technical help.
• Create design documents, development business functionality and provide support on end-to-end testing.
• Salesforce financial service cloud Sales and Services cloud, Experience communities, Agent Force and Gen AI implementations
